Registration for 2022 IAC Will be Released Soon - Below is Information from 2020's Conference
Register for AIDS 2020 – the world’s largest conference on HIV and AIDS in San Francisco and Oakland, US.

The standard registration fee includes:

  • Entry to all conference sessions, the opening and closing session, the exhibition and the poster area.

  • Entry to selected pre-conference meetings, which will be held 4-5 July 2020.

  • A US$ 75 contribution towards one of the following three options at your choice:

    • A two-year International AIDS Society membership: The two-year International AIDS Society membership will be activated following the conference, or – if you are already an IAS member – the existing membership extended by two years. Click here for more information on the International AIDS Society Membership benefits.

    • Conference Scholarship Fund: The contribution will support the AIDS 2020 International Scholarship Programme.

    • AIDS 2020 International Community Partners: The contribution will be equally split between the AIDS 2020 civil society partners to support outreach and engagement efforts at the community level.

  • Registration fees must be paid in US dollars only.

  • All dates and times mentioned refer to Central European Time Zone (CET).

PARENT/GUARDIAN FORM

Delegates must be at least 18 years old to attend the conference on their own. All children/young people under the age of 18 must be registered as accompanying children and be accompanied by an adult who is registered for the conference in order to attend. In addition, a Parent/Guardian Consent Form must be completed for each accompanying child and submitted to the AIDS 2020 Registration department at registration@aids2020.org.

The accompanying child must bring a copy of the completed Parent/Guardian Consent Form to the conference and carry it at all times. Accompanying children must be with the main delegate or an accompanying adult of that delegate at all times when they are in the conference venue or when they are attending conference-affiliated activities outside of the conference venue. In addition, they may be asked to provide official photo identification (for example, passport, student ID) confirming their age.
